I installed EvoX for the first time. I wish I had installed it much earlier. Its speed, fluency, additional features and translation suitable for my native language are great. Of course there are a few issues but overall better than MIUI.

1- EIS not working on Mi Camera.
2- When battery saver is off, the battery is dropping faster. (It's falling faster than I expected.)

These are the bugs I found based on my first impressions. I hope there will be no other problems and these are resolved as well.

unable to decrypt fbe device

Hi,

after updating to newest Evolution X 4.6 via systemupdater the phone always boots into twrp.
TWRP shows an error message "unable to decrypt fbe device".
Is there any solution?

Thanks, but can i get it back to work without formatting all my data, i have no current backup at the moment becaue i thought updating should work without errors.

it works for me... there's no way then you should format data,
after that you should flash that zip again to stay unencrypted so next time you dont need to format data when install/update rom

How is battery backup of this rom?

I used it in a mixed way with and without battery saving. Always with wi-fi connected (it was not open during 6 hours sleep). I unplugged it 16 hours ago. At one point, I deleted 15 applications and installed them back. In another range I have installed 6-7 different GCams and tried it. The current battery status is like this: 5 hours and 57 minutes with %53 battery left.

I had the same problem with ion OS. I think Mi Camera itself is very problematic. Maybe it will fix if they add the new version with MIUI 12. Also EIS does not work.

If you close the camera app and clear the background and enter the camera again, it will fix 2x. However, if you click on anything else, it gets corrupted again. You have to re-enter again.

2's edit: I think there is not much difference between when the battery saver is turned on and when it is turned off. In fact, it gets annoying when combined with the 3rd bug I will write in a moment.

3- Rom spends a lot of ram. Maybe this helps him to be very fluent. However, when combined with the battery saving setting, it immediately stops background apps.

thanks for this, i am using this for 3 days no issues encountered so far. I like the ui, smooth experience, also the best part in settings is the xiaomi parts for audio effects. ?
