desbloquear bootloader Verizon Android 10

Hello everyone, I bought a 128GB Pixel XL on eBay and it turns out that I think it is from Verizon (it has a Verizon charger), and in the section to enable oem unlock it appears in gray.

He tried with the guide that says he will take out sin and restore but they are no positive result.

Any help ?
