Because the the sides of this phone have sharp edges almost, a light relax on the grip and the phone slides out of your hand. Try it. Hold the phone in your left hand with screen facing you. Relax grip slightly and phone falls out. Problem is there is less surface area against your skin - only the edges and the edges are not thick like some other phones. Other phones I have require more relaxation to make the phone slide out. I find it very hard to hold it sometimes and worry it will slide out when i am walking and fall to the floor.
