Desire S RUU Difference between EUR & WWE

Hi,

Few days ago RUU EU region was officially released on HTCdev, later it was removed, then 2 days ago there is another file for WWE region.

1- Is there any difference between both EU & WWE?

2- Did they fix bugs in EU (such as whatsapp crash when opening links)

3- What about the languages in both versions?

What is confusing is that both files have the same name!!
Are they different?

I have downloaded both 2 files and did a binary compare.
They actually the same, byte-to-byte

Hope they will release a new update with bug fix soon
