Hey there!
Unfortunately, mine has fallen Mi10 deeper. Display and back broken. And USB debugging is not enabled. no chance of getting the phone working again.

I have the opportunity to buy a used Mi 10 for about 100 euros.

Can I swap the circuit board with the memory and use it on another phone? Shouldn't it work? So that I can back up data.

(I already have such phones
disassembled).
But does such an exchange work?

If the mobo PN is the same it should, assuming the mobo wasn't damaged too!
If different you're in uncharted waters...
Thanks for the reply.

How do I check if the mobile have the same Pn? And what does PN mean in this correlation?

Well I can connect the phone with the pc. It is recognized so I guess mobo is. Ok. (Just have no way to. Save the data due usb debugging deactivated
