okay so I managed to make it work, I guess I had a bad file or something, tried again and it worked, (using last beta of quarx)
I have same problem with last mokeeos , i can not modify frequencyrecently i found my aokp cpu was on 800-600-300 frequency. i tried to modify the config file in bootmenu folder to overlock, but failed. can anybody tell me how to overlock in multiboot system? thanks a lot!
here I can use cm10 (2ndboot) in nand, and cm7 in sdcard.custom kernel roms do not work with multiboot.
I've some plans but not much time, the usual problem![]()
One way is enoughyes, but vise-versa it doesnt work
I have running ms2 ginger as 2nd system with quarx cmx android 4.1.2 custom kernlel update 2here I can use cm10 (2ndboot) in nand, and cm7 in sdcard.
All working good

great suggestion, mihovil has port ubuntu 10.04 too but.. it run as a virtual machine, and we know the virtual machines dont use the all "potencial" of hardware.Mihovil had ported backtrack 5, search in gen section .there is a guide for that i think. And it isnt exactly like multibooting but more like mounting an image from sd card.

Noob question:To be clear again for everyone ...
U can use only one of 2nd boot or 2nd init...along with multiboot's second system.
Custom kernel builds will always be 2nd boot. Non custom kernel builds on nand go to 2nd init.
U cannot use custom kernel builds running from sdcard since 2nd system is not 2nd boot.
So possible combination
-->2nd init(non custom kernel build on nand) + 2nd system(secondary roms from sd without custom kernel)
-->2nd boot(custom kernel build o nand) + 2nd system(secondary roms from sd without custom kernel)
