OK so I've tried to install the AT&T variant of the ROM, but all I'm getting is bootloops, I know it said I may encounter a few bootloops, but I don't think that really means sitting through 20 minutes of them, so any suggestions?

Sent from my HTC One A9 using XDA-Developers mobile app

S-On? If so... have to flash kernel seperately. 1.57.617.20 firmware? If not need to be updated.

Quick question. I'm quite new to rooting/flashing roms. I've unlocked the bootloader, flashed TWRP recovery and rooted with SuperSu. Root checker app confirms that my device is rooted (using At&t carrier version) and current firmware is 1.27.502.5. My question is how do I flash the 1.57.617.20 firmware and subsequently this ROM? Do I put the zip files onto the device and install them using the TWRP Recovery mode? Or ADB/Fastboot in download mode? Thanks in advance.

Your best bet so dont run into any issues...Convert from ATT to Developer Edition and youll be able to flash all the latest builds and get updates long before ATT gets around to releasing theirs...
