hm... its possible the manufacture limited the size to exactly what they needed to put it. Im not entirety sure... first thing i would do is try a different method to push it over. try adb.

I'm getting problems installing this launcher in Jokersax ICS 0.23.2, i followed instructions along with permissions but no way,it gives me "error in app execution" when i try to start the launcher2.apk by pressing Home button and choosing it.Any ideas?

Sorry this is for gingerbread only. Its built from the gingerbread source and uses private libraries that have most likely changed in ics.
