Hmm yes no bugs, at least at the Nexus S if you port to i9001 you will get the bugs, that's the main problem

Jb is working on i9000 because it has 3.0.8 kernel. I think we should try to port it on our device and the porting of the rom ls will be easier and bugless. Thx

Apart from the camera module (AFAIK) and the general physical shape, the I9000 and I9001 have practically nothing in common. Different board, SoC/CPU/GPU. Practically nothing can be ported/used from the I9000.
