This should give everyone a chance to start working on their ROMs for the device before they have them in hand. I know I'll start mine tomorrow.

The image has been extracted and ready to deodex, or whatever you like to build your ROM.

I sorta think that's his point, if you know what your doing, you can extract it yourself, it's like a 2 minute process.

I suppose this could be useful for people with really slow internet connections who would rather have just the system.img than the whole thing.

Well over 50 download since it was posted last night, so someone plans on using it.
