Thanks to Kayant for his support :)

My kernel of today should fix the problem with recovery since it no longer contains those scripts. Furthermore it should improve compatibility with other roms (cm10-base) .

Quarx already mentioned, that ion support is pretty difficult to implement... so dont know. BFS would be a nice addition :)

Anybody issued screen issues? or maybe less power consumption? if not, i can lower the voltages a little bit more :)
i've just checked standby with zRam (18%) enabled - it goes like 10 ma/h where with qKernel and without zRam it was 7 ma/h.
==> it seems snappy is a great addition and not much battery penalty as regular lzo zRam - thanks for implementing it! :good:

i'll check standby (=2g,no wifi,no data) without zRam and report soon.

didn't notice any display problems btw.

take a look at the Zen Kernel, they have some interesting hacks not founded in the vainilla kernel (like the Brain **** scheduler)

Flashed OTG-related zip, didnt work I suppose.
Also if you put in small explanations of the other governors and i/o schedulers and other features then it would be grateful of you.
Tried Bfq+brazilianwax + zram 18% and this smoothness is like omg!

zRam handling in general should be also improved, glad to hear your results :)

Just get OTG working completely and Ill love you forever
Seems a bit difficult since i have no hardware to test this feature :D

can you add "2way call recording patch" to this kernel ?
Provide me the source :)

it work on cm9.1 ???
Probably not because of the gpu drivers.
No download yet, i am not at my working station, but it has a reason why its called nightly :)

@ Blechd0se

I compile a new Zimage with the latest commits merged and am experiencing some weird behaviour.....

I tried it on Slim bean and Pac man. The phone starts up fine and is suable for some time before it starts to hang and finally the UI freezes and I need to remove the battery to restart the phone....

Will test with CM10 also in a bit

You can try the version of today when i uploaded it. i did some additional updates and hopes this fixes some problems. Moreover it will only contain the zImage :)

there's literally so many threads about what these kernel additions do. here's the best one I found: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1369817

With 28/11 built kernel I can confirm that on SB 3.0 recovery problems are gone. :D

But don't know why battery from 38% after flash went to 100% and I suppose it is stuck ?!!!

hmmm maybe this can help you: http://code.google.com/p/2-way-call-recording/ or this: http://2-way-call-recording.googlecode.com/svn/ and maybe this?: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=993793

FAQ http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1441643
Q: Is there kernel patch for my phone?
A: There are kernel patches only for phones based on QSD8250(HTC Desire, Nexus One and etc.), QSD8255 (HTC Desire HD, SE Xperia Ray and etc.), QSD8260 (HTC Sensation, SGSII X(SGH-T989)) chipset.

Q: Why CallRecorder doesn't support all phones?
A: The manufacturers aren't interested in call recording feature, so they don't add necessary drivers and libraries to the phone.. And to get call recording on these phones working, we need to create a driver that supports it. In many cases, the necessary source code is not open-sourced. And without phone we are unable to start creating that patch. If you want to get 2-way call recording you may donate a few dollars on the phone here.
Defy+ have TI OMAP 3620
