Test on revoltROM v1 works great, use smartassH3, smooth, but deep sleep not working, try smartassv2 deep sleep not working too, interactive deep sleep not working too, so battery drain fast

It *should* work on any 4.2.x Android, but I didn't test it on what you cited. And mitchst2 is right, Performance Control is a part of AOKP project.

Well, if the answer were so easy and straight, we weren't including so many different cpu freq and i/o governors...
For me, configuration with smartassv2 (with 245-844 MHz set), sio as I/O governor and FreeMem set to 50MB works really well, giving very smooth experience.

I have no idea, what kernel is used in your ROM, so... I don't know. If you want, you may test it, if not, then don't.
