The radio app is perfect for mine px5, but how can i replace the original radio app for this one so that i can use the "radio button" of the head unit.
You need a custom rom for thatThe radio app is perfect for mine px5, but how can i replace the original radio app for this one so that i can use the "radio button" of the head unit.
Custom roms will let you select the apps to associate to each buttonDo i need to change the rom before i install it on the px5? Or do you mean: Install a custom rom and from there you can select the radio app at you're own choice.
Hi KoTiX2,Version 2.06 is coming out on playstore.
a small changelog:
-Fixed crash when switching lights for DarkMode
-Fixed Swc with codes 260 and 268
-Added Timed and Auto DarkMode (HeadLights)
-Fixed ListView in splitscreen
In the fonts settings menu there is the option to change the font of the "Station Name in grid view".Hi KoTiX2,
Thanks for the update, the buttons work perfectly now. There is one more issue I should report, though it's rather cosmetic, but I think graphics design is not something you could ignore It's the font you chose for active station name on the main screen - it contains glyphs for Latin alphabet only. So if I want to give names to stations say in Cyrillic, they are displayed in default Android font, which is not bad, but doesn't shine at all (this is large text in the center, not text on buttons). Maybe there could be some other option for the font, or a possibility to override with the user's one. I don't have a screenshot right now, but think you got it.
Who could have thought it's already there? Sure, that's what I need.In the fonts settings menu there is the option to change the font of the "Station Name in grid view".
Isn't that what you need?
under Settings/notifications ??Hi,
Where is the setting in NavRadio to display logo or a name of radio station on Agama launcher screen while NavRadio is in background? Or maybe a setting in Agama should be ticked? I updated system and unfortunately did not backup, but I remember display ING names of station over launcher previously...

Spanish logos are already available and they have been also corrected by other users.Hi @KoTiX2,
I am considering to buy your app. I have a px3 with hal9 rom and I am from Spain. Is there any way to get spanish logos automatically? If not, Is there any possibility to help you with that? It will be great.

Automatic Dark theme works like a charm with Android 9 and the best radio app gets better and better.Version 2.07 is on the way:
- Added Automatic Dark Theme for MTC android 9
- Some fixes for Dark Theme.
- Some fixes for audio management on Allwinner units
Tnx for the suggestion my friend. I'll think about it and if it's easy to approach I'll surely add this feature. Honestly right now i have no ideas....Automatic Dark theme works like a charm with Android 9 and the best radio app gets better and better.
One proposal for the future: Now when automatic Dark Mode works can you made options what is changed for dark mode? For example, different background image and different text colors for Dark Mode..? Or own/ different theme when dark mode on (with background image) and other theme when Dark Mode is off?
Like this it would be possible to create different UI with better contrast for bright, direct sunlight environment.
Please disable the original radio app in factory settings.Hi all.
Just installed this app on a PX6 unit with Malaysk ROM.
Did the auto scan but no sound at all.
When opening the app, it immediatelly goes to background, and some radio station is audible.
But when opening again the APP to check other radio stations, no sound at all, in any of them.
The normal radio APP works great.
Any advices?
I'm sorry but There will be no possibilities for your model.hi,

Does this device have a FM radio chip, connected to the original car antenna? This app is for aftermarket Android Head units that replace the original ICE equipment. They universally have a FM chip that is not part of traditional Android; rather controlled by a separate microcontroller and firmware. Real FM radio, nothing to do with the internet. Unless I'm mistaken, apologies if I am, about your device; it is completely outside of the aims of this app. Even if it could access the FM radio, via usb, it would do so in a way that is nothing to do with this app. The developer makes new versions according to the popularity of newer qualifying platforms, I outlined above. I don't imagine it's economically worthwhile to him to develop bespoke versions, at the very low app cost he asks for it.Hi, I use an Ottocast USB AIO box, the Picasou 2 Pro, this is an app for listening to the radio with all the features I'm looking for. Do you think the developer can work on this device?
I have a good news: i was able to fix the FAV problem of reordering the list after app start. Thanks for your feedback...I would hope that if the program allows you to rearrange a screen it would always remember the rearrangement, or just not let you rearrange it in the first place. No one would want to rearrange their favorites more than once.
I would think the most common use case would be people would scan for all the FMs and AMs they can get and leave those bands alone, then pick their favorites, then rearrange them and keep them displayed. While they could rearrange the FMs and AMs, there's not much reason to if they're not stations they listen to much.
ALSO (very opinionated here!) I like the idea of being able to arrange my AMs amongst my FMs. There's no reason for that not to be allowed, and it makes sense if you categorize your stations.
Anyway, certainly if you save your configuration in a file it should also remember positioning for each band? Thanks for answering, and I will look forward to the next few updates to see how the new bands function! Thanks for considering my comments!
Then please go ahead and write such app for yourself, if you think that it's so easy and cheap to do.
