libandroid_runtime.so - do not replace that lib, I think this one is crucial to get it booting, also in my latest test (which I have not flashed yet because my pc is still partitioning drives so I can't use it) I think 90% or more libs were from the 2.15.401.100 RUU - like ivicask said it looks mostly clean 4.0.4 libs

Oh yeah and I think I only replaced maybe 5-10 bin files - anything with _camera at the end, debuggered a few that began with "h" can't remember the exact names right now

Some etc files - I sort of merged them then deleted the useless ones. Libs, see the post before the one you quoted

For the bootloops, probably the problem is in lib/hw and probably the problem is the audio lib
