I remember Evervolv has sources for vivow. I don't think they had marshmallow working, but they definitely had Lollipop working. If you have a decent machine then you can compile their sources for vivow. You can find sources here:

https://github.com/Evervolv

I believe they have stopped supporting vivow now. Their sources haven't been updated for a long time. But at least lollipop works.
I got around to playing with the vivoW again, but wifi seems to be broken in evervolv's builds. Also, how would I compile the kernel? Thanks

Well, okay. What would you like the most? CM11/12.1/13? Or should I try to build CM14.1 (no MSM7x30 device has one, so it's possible that it won't work properly, even if it booted).

szezso, personally, I want a stable ROM among CM11/12.1/13.
I think everyone wants stable CM11, but would have been better CM12.1.
The main thing is that the phone worked stable, without bugs.

Alright then, I will update this ROM in the coming days, I hope. :) Are there any bugs, which I should look into?

Hi guys! :)

Is someone still using this device? I accidentally got some free time in the next month, and I thought, why shouldn't I build something? :)

Due to the small hardware resources (RAM, SOC), the only optimal proposal is something based on CM11.

KitKat works great on the Samsung Galaxy S Plus (512MB, 1.4GHz) (personally I used daily SlimKat).
The same works well CM11 on SAGA, which is very similar in specifications to VIVO.

Last great success @spezi77 is SlimKat on Desire (576MB, 1 GHz) with security updates on 2016-12-01. High impact on the smooth operation of this ROM is used compiler and the parameters used.

So my suggestion is SlimKat 9.0.

Hello Guys!
Wow!!! It has been a long time since we all used to gather here and spend time on our legacy INCS...
It still feels good looking at those old posts and refreshing the memories of those old days...
So, @szezso, how is it going mate? Are you still cooking something for us? :D

    - Kernel source: https://github.com/szezso/T.E.S.C.O-kernel_vivo

    How to install this:
    - You have to S-OFFed, of course
    - Just download the ROM, wipe data, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache, wipe boot
    - Install the ROM, and if it's done, install the Gapps
    - If your phone unlocked by HTCDev.com, you may have to flash the boot.img manually:
    Code:
    fastboot flash boot boot.img

    Download section:

    MIRROR

And a proper GApps, you need to flash this too:

    F.A.Q.

[Q] I've flashed the ROM, but it stops at the splash screen, what's the problem?
Flash the ROM with TWRP or the latest 4ext Touch Recovery.

[Q] The 720p Video Playback is laggy, why?
I haven't found a solution, yet, we really need newer video drivers, to fix these bugs, and not just make workarounds.
It got solved in #08.31 version. :)

[Q] When I'm playing a video, the control buttons are invisible, why?
Actually, this is a problem with my display-legacy, but we have to use that, because of the old msm_fb, what the Vivo has. Live with it.

[Q] I've just installed this ROM, but the WiFi doesn't work, why?
Probably, you've unlocked your Bootloader with hTCDEV's method. That means, you have to flash your boot.img with fastboot, to get it working (guide is in the first post).
