The way I see it, they're not complaining that he stole anything, or that he didn't give credit. Obviously neither of those things are true. The complaint is that he claims to have added other "mods" and various improvements to the rom other than just compatibility with the 3G model. When asked to share the details of the mods, he did not.

The spirit of the open source community says that you share your work. Drew did not.

He did e get nfc working on his. At least it's working in my ns
