Can I flash this on LG Optimus One P500?? The PAC ROM in my forum is still in v21 & has many bugs with gapps not working & Play Store crashing.. I know PAC is for Ace as well as P500 but will flashing the ROM from here work?

Of course not. There are many differences between Ace and P5000.<br />

Sent from my GT-S5830 using xda app-developers app

Ok.. guess I'll have to wait until the ROM is updated or maybe try building the ROM myself.. :D

He is right. It could hard-brick your device by setting wrong mount points.
That is what happens if you flash a ROM for the S5830 on a S5830i!

Woah.. Really? Hard brick?? Wouldn't dare don't anything that stupid then.. Thanks for the advice

Can anyone drop a comment on the battery life?

2 days with normal usage? (Wireless + GPS off)

PS: I know its hard to give an estimate on battery time, etc, I just want an idea.

Battery life depends on the end user's usage of the phone.
its been discussed a lot of times before
well as you know that it is hard to give an estimate on battery time, asking here wont help the cause as many users may just give different estimates and most of the estimates are with the screen OFF Times, like when the phone is in deep sleep(I haven't seen anyone post a battery usage with screen ON time)
and yea people have agreed that ace has the problem with wrong battery stats as the battery stats show wrong info.
So in short battery time depends on the usage
;)

Hi there Ace King!

Yes, fair enough :)

Let me clarify my doubt then, I've run 4.x on this phone before but the battery would just drain like crazy, since then I made my own rom with CM7, which is what I have been using, and of course some days its empty in the end, some days its ok, it depends.

But with the 4.x I tried some months ago, having battery for more than 24 hours was a challenge, my question is if this issue is solved now and it is usable for "production", lets say.

Thanks for the reply though!

Well all the ROMs above android version 4.0+ for ace have less battery life.
But you can try and buy other batteries for Ace with higher MAh rating and try if the battery improves
People reported that they got better battery life with higher Mah batteries.

cheers
