Of course not. There are many differences between Ace and P5000.<br />

He is right. It could hard-brick your device by setting wrong mount points.
That is what happens if you flash a ROM for the S5830 on a S5830i!
Well I don't think ace can handle this. And Yes GOOD LUCK to OLD DROID for his exams.
Why not. Facebook home chatheads also works fine on ace. So halo should work fine too im sure it will be better programmed than fb apps

still waiting for update!! :crying:[/QUOTE
Yesterday i got it compiled from sources and will test it next days when i have the chance to get in touch with my wifes S5830.
Be patient!
Can anyone drop a comment on the battery life?
2 days with normal usage? (Wireless + GPS off)
PS: I know its hard to give an estimate on battery time, etc, I just want an idea.
Battery life depends on the end user's usage of the phone.
its been discussed a lot of times before
well as you know that it is hard to give an estimate on battery time, asking here wont help the cause as many users may just give different estimates and most of the estimates are with the screen OFF Times, like when the phone is in deep sleep(I haven't seen anyone post a battery usage with screen ON time)
and yea people have agreed that ace has the problem with wrong battery stats as the battery stats show wrong info.
So in short battery time depends on the usage
Hi there Ace King!
Yes, fair enough
Let me clarify my doubt then, I've run 4.x on this phone before but the battery would just drain like crazy, since then I made my own rom with CM7, which is what I have been using, and of course some days its empty in the end, some days its ok, it depends.
But with the 4.x I tried some months ago, having battery for more than 24 hours was a challenge, my question is if this issue is solved now and it is usable for "production", lets say.
Thanks for the reply though!

[Offtopic] :
Y did u closed your Cm10.1 thread ..??
U always had kept us updated by your new build..We know u compiled from androidarmv6 sources ..but you modded the kernel and provided extra apps and features requested by users..n in the end u even mentioned proper credits..
Bt still some ppl flamed the dev thread by their complains..
Whatever we still like your work..:good:
Anways waiting for release..
