It should flash, often you have to format data
What version of TWRP you have? Should be 2.8.7.0
Did you backup with TWRP on your SD ext card? If yes you can restore in TWRP
Did you format /data? writing yes when TWRP ask?
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-P600/ with ODIN, there is no zip files now only my rom I think.
I was using 4.4.2 and couldn't flash directly. Even when i waited 30min screen remained black

Had to use Odin to flash to 5.1.1, instantly booted with no black screen, went directly to the Samsung logo

then flash twrp because odin overwrite it.

You need to Odin 5.1 first to get the new bootloader. TWRP does not flash bootloaders so if you try to flash a 5.1 in recovery while on 4.X you will not boot.

This is what I've got up and running so far...

working good so far

EDIT: trying to install UPSM results in bootloop.
EDIT 2: more screenshots added
EDIT 3: the TW launcher gives a FC when trying to go into the app drawer. The clock app works for the most part, but FCs when tapping on the 'stopwatch' tab

Rom is very good, very close to stock, no bugs reported. And battery life is very good.

One bug: Launching Action Memo from either the launcher or AirView results in a SNotes FC and Action Memo never pops up. I've factory reset and just clean flashed the ROM again as well. Still no change.

EDIT: Nevermind, I'm an idiot... see post #1

Thank you for the ROM, I seem to be having issues with Titanium Backup not seeing my current files, I didnt have this issue with stock for some reason not sure why. I did run the SD fix but still nothing. The ROM seems to run fine, thank you for your work on bringing us this.

Thanks, install folder mount and run it , that will fix it.

Working on B2, adding 4 multiwindows, Xposed, some soft to install with aroma, kernel etc.... and some configurations
I love LL on this tablet.

go into where you select your backup folder and even though it indicates the right path try to select the path again ... when in the options to select backup folder location navigate all the way up to the root device dorectory and from there > storage > extsd > TitaniumBackup (if thats where yoir folder is located). the same thing happened to me and it seemed like titanium kind of needed to be reset as to where the folder was located. not sure if this will fix it for you but worth a shot

Yes I did that over and over and over, uninstalled it a few times and let TB create the folder(which I'm told it needs) but it just wont find any of the BKUPS in the folder.. seems weird always worked before
