If u know then decompile framework.jar and make edits which in included in 2nd post

Decompile and recompile. U can do it easily with ticklemyandroid app for computer. And after that u need to edit what have been posted in the second post of this thread.

Ok.I didn't hurted.use advanced apktool by @BDFreak for recompile and decompile.it's easier ever

Vibration is know due to mm use a different vibration system, i fix in Clock but i need look more in keyboard, i see 2 smali related with vibrate things but i will check when get time

Sure u can use it, about new apps, now I can't test because I can't install any custom rom but I'll try to test with my rom team members

BTW, do you know what causes the bootloop when installing themes from samsung theme store?. .
Layers only work when I put them to system/vendor/overlay
Framework_res.apk already had the permission for theme center, also the codes from framework.jar, etc. .I've seen it

Can u please give me your framework.jar what u edited to install these apps.I edited my framework.jar and it is fine except the systemui.my systemui just forced close.am on deodexed j200g!give me your framework.jar
