If i may ask , i would love to see the changelog between 7.1 by mr tj and 7,2 by mr squadzone ..

This is already a discontinued development of CM7 since tjstyle does not have a mini anymore and is developing on some other devices. You have to rely on other users of this rom for support..

Gingerbread is needed.
But I highly suggest u to use squadzone's or subpsyke's rom as they are the updated versions.
Read the respective OPs carefully.

you don't get it or or you don't wanna get it? this is pretty old stuff and no development anymore.. so, move on.. get CM7.2 RC1 official or unofficial..
