If I change the boot.img for 850m and then flash everything will work fine?? What about the modem? Is boot.Img the only thing needed to change?

modem.bin also is must,but
diffrence in system 4.4.4 with 5.0.2 ,& tink boot.img is diffrent
I think is not go situation

I mean that you shouldnt play & flash modem.bin & boot.img from your 850M
you put in C4 502 rom maybe will work BUT this is old kernel & modem I dont know if thay will work with Lollipop build.
Better to wait antill 850M build is out

samsung galaxy alpha live demo

hi there. i need your help if anyone knows how to. i recently got a Samsung galaxy alpha live demo unit. Though on the package it says SM-G850X, the device info in phone says SM-G850F. I guess someone tried to install another software. Problem is that the phone does not accept any sim car. I installed Odin and got a text file from it.Anyone could guide me through it please?Installing a custom rom could fix it? Please be kind for my ignorance
