I can run Developer Phone Registration on Pre-Nodo to unlock my phone.
But After I update to Mango B2 Refresh, I found that my phone is relocked. I can't deploy any app to my phone. So I run Developer Phone Registration again. It says "Unable to connect to phone. Please that check that the zune software is running and that zune sync partnership with your phone has been established.

How can I fix this issue.
Zune version 4.82134.0

You need to restore your device under settings. I had the same problems. It seems like the registry edits or maybe the homebrew apps are causing a conflict.

Restore via Zune or Reset from WP7

Reset on your phone. You'll still be in Mango, but loose all data on your device (installed apps/etc., have to setup again). Make sure to copy your back-up from Zune to a safe place before doing anything. I've had my back-up disappear a few times, not sure if it's from restoring or not. Using Zune's restore will just take you back to NoDo.

Back-up location;

C:\Users\"UserID"\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Phone Update\"DeviceID"\

Just copy the whole "DeviceID" folder somewhere safe.

Thank you so much. I found that issue was caused from custom Keyboard that I deployed to my WP7. ^^
