We Developing CM12.1 based on lollipop 5.1.1 for Lenovo A6000 / Plus
we complete the work of the Chinese developer Flour_mo
who originally make this ROM for Lenovo K30-W / K30-T
the sim working but not the network data for k30-t
and for a6000 the sim was not even detected
until now we manged to fix the Sim bug partially
i mean there is signal now and detected
but emergency calls only available
the sign of network available now at statue bar
and it can detect operator
all this seems fine but you still can't make a call
when you make call it say no network available
so still need some work
anyone want to participate is welcomed

Kernel sources are fine enough to make the phone work.

We need a new RAMDISK since we are coming to ART from Dalvik.

Someone with a working linux enviroment should be able to modify the ramdisk so as to make it work.

I've some knowledge of kernel and its modules and using that I infered what I could be done.

Correct me if my observation was wrong.
I don't have a working linux environment to build a kernel myself.

what if flash the partial sim fix and restore the partitions related to sim functioning

Keep up good work guys, here what I mostly notice is majority of developers only interested in flagship devices which is not fair. Those phones are already feature rich and have full support from brand.

i think I’m ran out of time i was planing to release next weeks a full CM12.1
but i have to return to school i'm teacher and we preparing for first semester
i think after the lollipop released developer like flour_mo,linuxghost, ironmank from bbs.lenovo
kaustubh.rockstar, chhapil from xda
can develope now full working CM12.1
i will checking frequently
until mid term,
