Development for Sprint's HTC Evo 4G LTE

Just wanted to ask if anyone has thought of starting a development thread on the HTC Evo 4G LTE or will this become available once the device actually hits shelves?

I'm also curious about this. The dual core sounds like it may be better than the quad core version, but I don't want to buy it unless it has a really strong development community. Do you think the Sprint version of the One X will have a strong dev community?
