Hi, I am so excited to see some more development going on with this awesome tablet!
I was wondering if anyone has thought or was planning on working on a custom kernel for this epic tablet.
You may be wondering why I care about this. Before I got this tablet, I had the tf300t and it had a pretty decent battery life on it, but when a custom kernel was flashed onto it, I was able to use an app (Setcpu) that allowed me to minimize the cpu levels when the tablet was in sleep mode and can maximize the processor when the display was turned on. I was able to change my cpu speed based on multiple setup profiles and it expanded my battery life from 1 day to 2 1/2 days.
This is just one more way we can make the tablet even better for all tf701t users. Thanks developers for all your hard work and time!
