Hello guys.

I have a Redmi Note 3 PRO with Cyanogen 14.1.

Everything was working fine. Last week I realized that I could not charge the device anymore using my USB cable, I had to shut down the device in order to be able to charge, then after that I realized that my compuer (or any other) does not recognizes my phone anymore (only recognizes in fastboot mode) and last night I shuted down the phone and pluged in to charge and I saw that the battery was stuck in 82%.

I reflashed the Stock ROM after performing a lot of tests and the results are the same. Does any one faced this before? Thanks.

Note: my phone is Redmi Note 3 International (kenzo)

Your charging port is gone bad. No software can fix it. Hardware problem. So get it repaired from a mobile repair shop.
I was facing similar problems. My phone stopped getting recognised by PC. But it used to get charged, so I ignored the issue. After a few weeks, it stopped getting charged as well. So I got it repaired yesterday. Cost me Rs 700 which is around 10 dollars.

Ok, the problem is not my USB Port, is something on the motherboard. I am asking for a refund for the seller. I am very frustrated.

I would not recommend anyone of buying this product, is a good hardware but bad quality. Thanks.
