Device is beeing monitored...

Hey, my Z4 Tablet always Prompts "Your device is beeing monitored.." or something like that (i use it in german, dont know what the correct translation is...

what causes this message and how do i get rid of it?

I´ve got this message several times as well.
Haven´t seen it after deactivating "my Xperia" though:

I´m not sure this was the actual cause of the message but it seems like it could be worth a try?

From what i figured, its the android device manager, i installed, to locate and remot ewipe the device if stolen...could this be?

I believe it has something to do with the device being (partially) designed for business use and having the facility to be set up and monitored by a systems administrator.
