I was using Xiaomi.eu weekly rom in my mi 11x, then i reverted to stock miui 12.0.4 through fastboot, now in play store device is not certified is showing, beacuse of this some apps like netflix can't be downloaded from play store, so how to fix and get the device certified.
Facing the exact same issue! Did you get any solution?

Hello, I think I can help your on EU rom right? I'm on EU rom and it's working great. First off you need to have magisk hide v23 not newer. You have to put Google play store and Google services in magisk hide you'll have to hit show system apps. And of course you have to flash safetynet fix 2.1.1 zip. I'll upload that if you don't already have it. After doing all that you have to reboot and clear data on Google play store and go into settings when it finishes clearing data and check to see if device is certified. I always shut off update apps myself so if you do also make sure to shut of auto updates again.

Check play store settings and Check about at the very bottom for device is certified

Here's the instructions from the conversation I started with the other guy I just copied and pasted in case anyone needs here's the zip

    1. Find your device’s GSF Device-ID. There’s a simple app on the Play Store called ‘Device ID‘, but since you obviously can’t access the Play Store I have mirrored the application here.
    2. Open the app and copy the code in the second line called “Google Service Framework (GSF).”
    3. Go to this webpage.
    4. Enter your GSF Device-ID in the “Android ID” box.
    5. After you tap “Register”, your registered ID should appear on the page.

Are you rooted? Every time this happens I make sure I have the play store enabled in MagiskHide then I clear data for the Play Store and the next time I open the Play Store it says certified.

Force close play store and google services and clean data on both. Then it should be ok.
