Device won't boot up

So I thought a innocent reboot to try and get my Google Apps to update would be no problem... And here I am with a device that won't go past the boot screen.

Not rooted

Is there any way to get into Fastboot without a computer? I don't know anyone in this part of Japan that will let me install software to try the proper process listed on sonys site. The nearest store is 2 hours away by train ?

Updating Google Apps works via playstore here.

What exactly do you want to achieve with "fastboot without a computer"?

If all fails get a Raspberry Pi (60 EUR) and hook it to a HDMI-monitor, a keyboard and an ethernet cable with internet access. The model 3 has wifi if the cable is a problem.
