It's HCP protection. They cannot be streamed because it supposes you are mirroring to copy. Sucky feature since 2016. direct HDMI / USB-C should do but unless you use a third party to stream it will show audio but block video.

Yes, but some app have this protection on screen mirror, other than Netflix too
I have two apps that showing same error when playing on screen mirror but works fine after patching it (with root)
