There was a report (actually a comment) on Sammobile on March 3rd that DeX was included in the Android 11 rollout in France.

I can confirm. My daughter's Tab S6 Lite (US Wi-Fi version) has DeX. It's on Android 11, w/ OneUI 3.1.
