DHL app does not run on LineageOS 18.1

I hope I am correct here, now.
My DHL app doesn't work with the system LineageOS 18.1. I can no longer scan the QR activation code with the camera. And the DHL developers do not support LineageOS 18.1.

Is there anything you can do?

DHL App 7.3.41 (883) work fine here on Lineage OS 17.1 with microg. Try older versions of the app, maybe only the latest version is broken.

Older versions didn't work either, but a few weeks later it magically worked. I do not know why.
