Hi, it's been a month since my dialer & contact keep closing down automatically each time I try to open it. It has affected my Whatsapp and online taxi app. in the past. I have tried resetting to factory and solved the problem, but only for 2 days. After that Whatsapp is doing fine, but my dialer and contact still won't open. I read on other forum that I could try clearing whatsapp data to fix the problem, but it actually made it worse. I had to re-register my whatsapp number and cannot continue beyond setting up my name since the contact app won't open. I cannot make any phone call as well.
I have read quite a lot of people experiencing the same problem with no real fix. So, I was hoping maybe this forum could give me some explanation.
