So, I had rooted HTC One mini with unlocked bootloader, decided to update it to kit kat. Last update (autoupatde) I just change recovery to stock and worked. So my phone prompted me there is an update, I have downloaded, changed recovery to stock and applied update.

Now I have phone that would not load OS, just stuck on white HTC logo screen. I can get to recovery mode.
And it shows:
Hboot is 2.21.0000
Radio - 1.22.40e.00.07
OpenDSP - v19.2.0268.0927
e-MMC-boot 1024MB

I tried so far different bootloader and recovery images, no go. Can't flash firmware.zip - S-ON

Can anyone help?

Got it working back again. I managed to wipe the system somehow and used ODex image to install it again. Now all working fine.

Used this thread solution http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=52329952

Thanks again Mytohn
