MIUI.EU is a custom ROM made by the fan community based on Chinese Variant of MIUI, which has way less inbuilt Google apps and bloatware but includes almost all the same Mi Apps. ( It also doesn't have ads)
In terms of performance and battery backup is almost the same as stock.

U may hide notch + the power button menu hide on lock screen + dark mode automatic. Etc.

Is it system wide? i.e do apps that don't support dark mode natively get it too?
The hide notch feature is there in stock tho

No it just apply dark mode to settings, notitication panel, google app and other system apps.
