I flashed AP_N900W8VLU2DOH1_KERNEL.tar.md5 using Odin, on my N900W8, and when it reboot it get stuck and wont boot into the ROM. What is wrong?
The kernel is SELinux Enforcing, so if you flash DOH1 kernel on a non-DOH1 rom then there's a high chance it won't boot. (policy does not match rom) I provide kernels in the case someone flashes a custom kernel on their stock rom, but wants to return to stock kernel later on.

Hello, I have a question here. Does a custom ROM brings with a bootloader? Since I have found an interested ROM in this forum and would give it a try.
However, my original N9005 bootloader is N9005ZSUGOK2. (N9005ZSUG) While all other roms seems to have the (N9005XXUGB)
Is it different? Can I flash that ROM into my phone? Please advice.

I have some questions..
I am running the latest Temasek CM13; its mostly running OK, having some issues with the GPS being very inaccurate though. In trying to figure out what might be wrong I noticed something. My baseband version is very old. I have the Canadian Note 3 and baseband states N900W8VLUBMJ4, which seems to be from early Nov. 2013.
So my questions are:
Is it possible this old firmware is causing my GPS issue?
Should I update it regardless?
Which files? Both modem and bootloader?
Will updating these require me to reload CM13 or will it continue working?
..anything else I should be aware of.

Thank you!

and i want to flash this one:

Try and flash it again but this time first switch off the phone, take out battery for a minute the re-insert battery and boot into download mode straight away DON'T turn on the phone first, straight into download mode from phone OFF
If you don't it will look like it is flashing fine but base band doesn't change.
I had video recording problem too but following above procedure fixed it.
