I'm so new to the whole Android world of rooting and roms and kernels. I recently flashed a rom and I love it. I guess my question is what are kernels and what does it do and also I hear of something called comadose wt? Can someone please explain or direct me in the right direction. Please and thank you!!

Im sure theres more to it but Comadose from what i know allows no battery drain while your phone is off/asleep/screen off but heres the link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2488089 check it out and see if its something you might like. I used it for awhile. i liked it it seemed to work great and the only reason i dnt anymore is the rom I'm on has battery tweaks and i dnt think i need it as of lately.

Haha I actually just realized I already had linked to your thread in post - in the shoutout to you where the Xposed mods are at! But I'm gonna have a more outright link in the recommended apps section.

Completely reformatted and added A LOT to the second post - many guides on rooting, android itself and all of its components, my own personal setup which includes my own Ktweaker setup which gives insane battery life , and much more!

If you want me to clarify, I can post up a screen shot, And Glacier is also causing me to have slow app opening issues. Maybe you can tell me a quick fix to make it perform more smoothly. It's because the settings are not set to boot, you should select yes to all the questions otherwise you'll have your stock/previous settings. They aren't set to boot so you can try them out and make sure it is not under-volted too heavily first.

If you are having any lag: raise touch_boost_cpu to 1134mhz, change up_threshold_hotplug_1 to 60, down_threshold_hotplug_2 to 55 and/OR go change your GPU max to 450 and change touch_boost_gpu to 450 as well.

I would try each separately first to see if it can alone fix your issues and then use them together if necessary!

But if you want a more efficient power-saving solution, go check out [4/1][MOD][KT/TW-Adam2.1/2-Ausdim]Turbo ZRAM V2.3a | 4Xzram swaps | UPDATED! as well as use Crossbreeder. Take note the first mod only works with 4.3/4.2 TW.

I'll check those tweaks out, can you run both of them at the same time? And I'm curious, why aren't you running these two tweaks?

The tweaks to the governor? I don't need them because my performance is lagless with my original settings.

If you mean the two mods Crossbreeder and Turbo Zram, I do use both of them and are probably some of the reasons I don't need to clock my GPU/CPU higher.

So thanks for everything else! But as I set all my min/max settings to yes and re-run the app, it still prompts me to do the same. And I have set the options to be set on boot immediately. Rebooted my phone twice and it still prompts me.

You have to re-save the profile with your adjusted settings. Because it will just keep reloading my original settings in the profile - you basically just need to set the settings and back up your own profile.
