Couldn't wait! lol! Took a nandroid of my current set up, and installed it. Works pretty well.
I already had Xposed framework installed, so I just installed the XPrivacy apk, enabled XPrivacy in Xposed, rebooted into recovery, and flashed the Xposed fix for 4.2.2. Restarted, and voila - Xprivacy is working!

I installed version 0.32 - enabled the dark theme. It seems to be working as far as I can tell. I tried blocking contact access for a couple of apps, and as expected, I can't "share" anything from those apps with friends (because it doesn't find any contacts). Internet access block also works (but caused problems with one app - subway surfers - it closes a second or two after I launch it)
I will play around with it the next few days.

The developer appears to be pretty active, and is busy pushing out a bunch of updates. Not sure if I'll be updating it very often (unless there are a bunch of new features in the new version that I want) - but I fully intend to contribute to the developer as soon as I get back. This is wonderful functionality to have!
For sure perfect!

Great little mini review for it as I haven't had the time to test it out myself to see if it works for sure with our device but I will be throwing it up for sure right now! Thanks for that!

Yes, you should definitely have a section on apps. Could possibly link inverted/blacked out apps & xparent/clear apps...recommended apps as well....sorry just my 2 cents. Look forward to anything..

I have one more question....lol....like I mentioned in an earlier post as of right now I am just rooted with no custom recovery and no rom. If I were to install a customer recovery (TWRP) but not rom would I be able to flash the mods in the OP?

Thanks!!!!

If you have a custom recovery and are rooted you will be able to use all the mods in the thread.
You do have a "rom", it's just the stock rom without any modifications made to it so by installing all the mods you want yourself indivually is making your own custom rom to a lesser extent.

Some mods aren't flashed through recovery though so be sure to read the thread of whatever mod you are trying to install so you don't mess anything up.

Actually you should DL and flash the stock DEODEXED ROM before flashing any mods in a custom recovery. Most mods are made for deodexed ROMs.

Well almost every mod here either has an odexed and a deodexed version or can use be used on either. But definitely should go deodexed if playing around with any theme stuff.

I think I gotta more clearly separate the mods, tweaks, and themes lol. My definitions of each are rather specific in my head ahaha.

But I'd definitely recommend installing the deodexed rom, you won't have to worry about anything being incompatible.

I was thinking of that but the few mods i want to install can be downloaded for Deodexed and Odexed so I should be fine with just the custom recovery correct? Well as long as i download the Odexed mod.....But what about a custom kernel? Can I flash that with TWRP with no custom rom?

Yes sir, lots of the mods (not themes) have deodexed and odexed versions or can be used on both. If you don't install deodexed rom be sure to use the odexed version. And then if the mod doesn't specifically designated what type it is for, give it a quick read through to make sure it works for both.

And yes sir you can, I recommend Ktoonez's kernel personally

Yeah definitely try it out! If you like the stock experience, I'd definitely check out FreeGS4 - its basically full stock with nothing taking out but with the ability to remove the bloat you want yourself + a bunch of handy dandy mods (4-1 reboot, hotspot mod, hide headphones, etc etc) + plus a bunch of extra flashables for other things like battery mods and etc!

And no problem man, enjoy! :)

HMMM that sounds interesting and tempting...I was actually looking at that ROM (FreeGS4) i guess my main question would be have you lost any functionality with Air View, Camera, Multi Window, or any of the Samsung features? I read through the post and see people have mentioned that they have not lost this or that but i do not see anyone saying that they have lost anything and i just want to confirm that.

To be honest my main two reasons for not flashing a rom was 1) I really liked the stock TW on this phone and 2) I wanted to be able to do any OTA's when they release

But i guess with those ROM i would get the best of both worlds because first I would have a custom rom that was just like stock TW plus i would have no issue adding any mods or kernels. And if an OTA did come out that I wanted to install would I have to wait for a dev to release it or would i possibly be able to temp-boot to stock and do the OTA?

I can speak for the features on FreeGS4 and tell you that everything that comes stock is there. Clark has simply made it possible to uninstall the Samsung bloat that you may want to remove. He did include a few tweaks/mods that only improve your experience (4-in-1 reboot menu for example) and IMO is the most stable TouchWiz ROM available right now.

As for being able to take the OTAs, just look here on XDA... info is there

Ok so I did some research and I am just looking for comfirmation that this is what I would do if I wanted to go back to completly stock. Would I flash this http://samsung-updates.com/device/?i...axy_S_4_Sprint in Oden and then I would be completely stock with stock recovery? If not ill do some more research.....thank you
