Dirty flashing custom rom over stock rom [Rom works without GApps?] [i tried it]

Hi guys, sometimes dirty flashing is helpful to fix some bug but there is also chance for bug and even bootloop. To fix the fp gesture in RR rom dirty flashing any los based or los rom is useful (I flashed RR rom over crdroid rom). Likewise i thought flashing a custom rom over stock rom is useful ? Can fix onekey ? Or only bootloop ?
So finally I just flashed RR ROM over stock ROM, but the result is ROM got boot properly, but there is no use improvemwnt.
I also done a exp of flashing ROM without GApps, Basically Lineage os can run without GApps likewise other Roms can work ?
I tried with lineage OS based ROM and the result is , LOS based ROMs can work without Gapps.

Generally, dirty-flashing isn't recommend other than maybe for updating within a custom rom as it may cause "random" bugs up to bootloops. But, as always, simply do a backup and give it a try to be able to report back

I tried and there is no improvement, it is better to do a clean flash always.

I wouldn't know too much about the technicalities, but it certainly doesn't hurt to do a clean flash. If it would be too much of hassle and/or you experience no issues, you should be fine with a dirty flash.
