Sorry, can't comment on Google Camera: the one included with the ROM is working well for me.

If I had to install a different camera I'd go for OnePlus Camera port available in Apps forum.

Question: is there a way to see which applications start on boot, and disable some of them?
I see there's an App Ops setup item, but don't see the autostart property anywhere.

Second question: is there a "partial screenshot" feature buried somewhere?

Thanks!
Partial screenshot is in Dirty tweaks > system > miscellaneous

Autostart feature isn't built in.

Anyone who has clean flashed du, don't give up on battery life too soon. Give it a couple of days. On first day with DU, I lost 10-12 % overnight with crazy wakelocks. But now I get very little drain (0-1%) overnight.

If you are using kronic kernel with this, try bioshock+ chill governors on little and big clusters. Very smooth

I'll paste here what I wrote over another thread, always speaking of Kronic kernel:

OK, I took my time and tested like 6-7 governors in the last hour, scrolling like crazy with graphics bar overlay on the screen.

The result is:
- Performance governor is unbeatable (strange, uh?): it keeps the bars squished at the bottom of the sceen 99% of the time;
- ZZmove is the second best choice, expecially when coupled with a CPU Boost Input interval of 1000ms at high frequencies.

Performance keeps all cores at ma always so not really strange lol

Yep, it was a joke.

By the way, after testing a lot of governors I'm testing a different solution now: using stock kernel I set up the Kernel Manager application (from Play Store) to set up different CPU profiles when needed.

Right now I'm three profiles:
- power save when screen off;
- interactive when screen on;
- performance when XDA Labs app is launched.

Will see if this set up simplifies the kernel management without draining too much battery.

Did anyone manage to apply Substratum themes on this ROM?
Yesterday I installed the main app and a couple of different themes, but after the "Build and apply" action and the following SystemUI restart, nothing changed.

Already tried to reboot, no luck.

Maybe that I don't understand some basics about Substratum: what items should I flag to get dark notifications and dark Settings pages?

Are there any root or SELinux issues involved?

Oh, I'm not an heay user: I float around three hours of screen on time daily, but usually charge when I get home with 20%-30% of battery left.

4.0.3 fw would be fine. DU doesn't come with TZ assertion, so any fw would be fine.
Strange, I tried 4.0.3 /.2 and beta 12 firmware. They all had the same problem: I was not able to activate data on sim 2, even switching sim then rebooting. Both sims wpuld show no service when data was set to #2. Too bad DU has some interesting features.

If you're using VoLTE SIM, there is a dirty workaround. Open SIM tray and put sim card when device is active. I'm using my data SIM in slot 1.
