Hello people!
I'm new to DU. I flashed it a few days ago and I like it so far, but I have the following issue: I use Sound Profile to schedule profiles. Namely, after 2200, I have the notification sounds to 0, until 0700 in the morning. It switches to the night profile, but the notification tone is still at half, not at 0, how it's supposed to be. It's like the notification volume is linked to the ringtone volume. "Link ring and notification volume" is not checked, so I can change them individually, but when an app tries to do it... it won't work, for some reason. Also, in the morning it won't switch to the Day Profile. It's kinda messed up, because I really like this ROM and I want to use it, but if this doesn't work, I'll have to go back to RR.
Anyone has any idea how can I make it work?

Have you disabled battery optimization for that app? My other suggestion is to use tasker for your scheduling, possibly using the secure settings tasker plugin.

Yes, I did disable bettery optimisation.
I even tried Macrodroid, to schedule that. Same thing. I'm not familiar with Tasker at all. I tried it once, but couldn't figure it out.

Tasker is not bad at all once you get the basics, and is super powerful! I wouldn't want to be on android without it now. I learned it by watching hollywoodfrodo's tasker 101 videos on YouTube.

Thanks, but I'm afraid I'll have to switch back. It doesn't push emails (Gmail) and text messages (EvolveSMS)... It seems to be really bad for the battery... The ROM itself looks nice, but it doesn't work like it should.

I know.. I had bootloops with other versions but 2.79 SR3 on msrch build... Thats why I was asking for superSU version...

Anyway, after losing root with superSU and learning the eng.stk module for better input latency I already rooted woth magisk

Can confirm. Already flashed it yesterday. It even allows root permissions faster than superSU... And Eng.stk module for input latency is awesome.

Thx every one
Those patches for latency should be in the ROM already, no need for a magisk module I think.

If I'm not wrong the touch latency fix by oneplus still hasn't been implemented in stable OOS - only in open beta, and it's fw related (not rom related)

I was too lazy to flash a OB fw in my device before the du ROM (actually I'm still on 4.0.3 fw lol), so it was a welcome addition :good:

edit: at least that's my understanding from eng.stk words himself (you can check his post mentioned in the article by clicking its title - link)

Unicornblood is a bomb. Running great, I don't feel like flashing something else. Only one thing is missing is a advance color control. I wonder if someone using EXK Manager, can you change the color presets?
I'm using Kernel Adiutor and doesn't show up. Thank in advance

It's under tools > color control

Also you can toggle double tap to wake and srgb mode with exkm... I've never used kernel adiutor before

Yep, advanced color control is missing in weekly released today
It was there in previous weekly...
