Disable all System Update possible?

Hello, I'm using g6 play on work with an internal app that NOT work correctly on android PIE: the app use BLE that on pie require localization turned on to work, but battery life is too short. I'd like to known if is possible disable android update and all update notification. Security is not a concearn.
Alternatively there is a workaround/mod/hack to make work app that use ble without turn on localization??

There are any way to make work BLE on newest android without enabling localization?
