Disable Hi voice

Dear Friends,
I am using P10 plus with Chinese stock, every time I had long pressed on bottom of the screen it will shows HI VOICE assistant. How could I disable or replace with google assistant?

Turn off all features and permissions including quick calling with hi voice app then install google assistance set up ,then set up voice match so assistance work with screen on every time you say "hey google" . Ignore long press home button for now.
