disable/removing "search for at&t microcells"

Hi i have htc one m7 at&t 4.4.2 sense 6.0 rooted and unlocked bootloader. can you help me to remove the option for "search at&t microcells" in mobile network settings? Im here at the philippines and no more in US. Is there a way to remove this option? Im rooted.
