Gcam is not so easy on exynos!

I haven't had time yet to proper play with all settings, but why don't you guys use gcam if you're not happy with the Samsung camera app.
I've got the note10+ 5g and am still on latest android 9 patch as 10 update isn't out for my 5g version yet.
Both with Samsung camera and gcam I don't get blurry pictures when trying to catch my 5 year old twins when they're jumping up and down. Believe me, they will NOT sit still for anything, let alone a picture. Although gcam seems to edge it slightly on the no blur front.
So maybe give that a whirl.

I've just installed Gcam and it seems slightly better in low light with slightly less noise. Night mode and HDR+ are pointless though as it takes like 30 seconds to capture a picture. Plus it only seems to be using the main sensor.

Are you sure you're using the right config file?
My night mode is very quick. Like 5 seconds max in a very dark environment.

Ps. I'm using zgcam, the port for exynos

yeah, it's in the telegram group.
I think it only uses the main sensor, not 100% sure, you could always ask in the telegram group...

I'm using the gcam from this post. Both main and ultra wide lens are working. This is for snapdragon variant

You are absolutely right. I have been using my new Note 10+ for around 10 days now. Previously I used a Note 5 and Note 4 for more than a couple of years. Compared to the Note 4 and Note 5 cameras, the new Note 10+ is a huge disappoinmtnet in terms of picture quality, resolution and image color. Moreover, it is missing my most favorite camera modes such as the Dual Caemra and Selective Focus features.

Really sucks to spend so much on a device then have to use something other then what the device came with. Just saying. But I know someone will prob jump in here with a well if this or that comment...lol

I love this camera. I have used a mate 20 pro before and clearly this is a step up. Maybe Pixels have the best picture quality but this camera is very versatile.

Can anyone complain to Samsung to update software to increase shutter speed??? auto photo mode shutter speed slower than any previous samsung phone that i used........sad....

What about the camera do you like? I'm finding the picture quality to be less then the note 9. Pictures don't do as well in low light. Nor in action or movement sequences. The video quality is great! But pictures are not as great as they should be imo.

Agree. The selfie cam is rubbish with a **** tonne of noise, even in relatively good light and the low light response and quality of the main cameras is terrible.
