I have got a bit of trouble I'm trying to sort out.

Managed to get my phone stuck on the Sony logo.

I've had a fiddle, and managed to get FlashTool to see it in fastboot mode, but not in the other mode.

Where can I find a stock sony kernel to flash to try and save this phone?

Any help greatly appreciated.

If you have a charging dock or have anything to use the charge dock port on the side of your device, connect it and leave it connected, while turned OFF (it will try to power up by itself, just ignore that!), for a night WITHOUT touching it in the mean time.

I'm sure it will kick back in to life then. To me (because of the RED LED messages you get, blinking it means something!!) your mobile screams for juice because the battery is too empty for it to even boot to the charge cycle using the USB port.

so for my case izzit i have to charge it, or let the battery empty first?

What firmware are you trying to flash? If using an FTF, did you flash ALL of it? (and I really mean, ALL of it!)

alright, im charging it for 5 hours already but one question, i shall charger it until what stage ?
Well, 2 things:

First: IF it fixed your battery predicament, it should now show you a battery charge icon on screen when you short press your power button, if so, you can power up your mobile, while it still is in the dock, by long pressing the power button. It will continue boot from that point.

Second: ALWAYS have your mobile charged 100% before you start tinkering and flashing stuff in the future. Your battery does not get charged while you are in flash- or fastbootmode... XZDR included recoveries do however allow you to charge from within the recoveries. Just remember that the charge cycle is the slow one, so if the recovery is performing very CPU intensive things (which really is just about everything except sitting idle!), it will still deplete your battery.

What is a XZDR?

I wont touch the phone until it has 12 hours of charging.
But there is some changes .
The pattern now change from 1. (red led short blink ) + 2. ( red led stay for 5 seconds) → 3. (red led short blink) + (3 vibration) (the cycle very fast after every 3 second)→ 4. (red led short blink) + (3 vibration) (the cycle very long like once in a minutes) → 5. Nothing happens but the charging seems weird ( I uploaded short video link http://youtu.be/_Qx5t13Oj9g thats a third party 4 port charger which supply 2.1A. Red light indicate charging, blue light indicate ready, it keep on blink or flash like so)

I wonder how can u know all about this (behaviour of the soft brick) ? Experience ? Hahaha

Unfortunately, yes

If your mobile won't power on after this, you will have to use a guide how to open up your mobile and charge the battery pack directly. It will be your last chance to resurrect your mobile before having to replace the battery.

The Guide to open up your mobile: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q4jQzuSOXM8

You'll have to find the guide how to charge the battery yourself :)

-EDIT-

Bonus: if you have to replace your battery: http://www.witrigs.com/oem-battery-for-sony-xperia-z-ultra

-- EDIT 2 --

XZDR is XZDualRecovery ... one of my projects on XDA :)

Well... sounds to me it might be wise to replace your battery then... That's not normal behavior in any way, shape or form... I think your endless attempts to resurrect your device before opening it up damaged the battery... :(
