disconnection may happen during mms

anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

If you go to SMS page, under MMS options: Go to Servers tab, click on your T-Mobile MMS settings and it should open the settings page for you. On that page, change the option for "Connect via:" from T-Mobile MMS to The Internet. This way, whenever you're sending MMS it will just use whatever connection that you're using to connect to the net instead of a special connection for MMS.
