Is P.E Dead?

Was Aug update the last one?
Or will they come with Oct update, Is there an possibility for P.E 11?

I am facing some issues in Aug Update.....
such as
1. Charging indicator light is always green!
2. Messenger audio call not working (fixed it by removing mic permission from google app, lost Google Assistant)
3. Charging not stopping at 100%. Is this a problem in every custom rom?... New custom rom user :-|
4. Audio Output is very low.....
