[Discontinued][App][Amazfit][Bip] MiFit mod English Forced

Below the link of my modded MiFit app that forces the Amazfit Bip language to English even if your phone language is different.

Works everiythings except the stuff related to Google account sign-in.

Seems OK for me for the language.
But still have re connexion problems when I go far from the phone and come back... I thought updating to the last system version would help, but not...
Any advice?

Edit : note that I'm on Oreo AOSP and I can't find the permission to let the app launch itself. Not in the security menu... Maybe it's that.
I tried to link the watch in the BT android menu, maybe I should deconnect.
Do I have to pair it & use the unlock phone option?

That's the BIP that is directly in english !

I don think it's related to my mod. I have only changed the way the app gets the phone language. Everithing else should be like the original app.

It may be related to Oreo in fact...

Here, there is just some Modded apk (apps for Android) to by-pass and force the watch in english.
Norrmal version still let it in chinese and pass it to Chinese each time... it won't change as an english version seems to be out now.

I'm not using Android, I have an iPhone. That's why I 'm asking if the latest iOS 3.1.7 version of Mi Fit for iOS also forces the Amazfit Bip language to English even if your iPhone language is different...

I'm not sure we understand each other. As far as I've seen on the last versions, for Android :
Phone ENG -> Mi Fit ENG ->BIP ENG
Phone Other -> MiFit Other or ENG -> Bip Chinese

I let others confirm that but it's was I've seen for now (note that I have the BIP for 2 weeks and I could be wrong....).

So If i get the International Version instead of the Chinese Version of the Bip, will I have the same issue ? Does it behave differently regarding the language switch ?

I don't think your problem is related to the mod. I can acces without problems to the 'Screen Unlock' option. In any case try to uninstall and then install the original app and check if the problem is still there.

It throws a SecurityException, Signature authorise failed on android.os.Parcel.readException line 1620

Do you plan to update for 3.1.8 version. It's not for the MiFit App, it's for BIP V 1.0... firmware !

You can install official 3.1.8, update the firmware and then install my modded version again.
I will update my version as soon a new official version is available on Play Store.

After that, A-GPS is re updated, watch goes back to ENG and firmware stays on 0.1.0.11.
Perfect.
I'll report if I see changes or improvments on this version !
