What adb tweaks did you use? And did you follow the Guide from the first page?
Yes, I've fully used Recommended settings, as well as adb settings values which are now listed as "Level 1" and "Level 2" (only Level 1 was used in my case) on the original page, however, even there I usually change/leave on some features I prefer myself, such as double tap to wake.
For optimizing the apps I use, Galaxy App Booster also is something I do after every update.
Some minor but beneficial "tweaks" to save battery can also be achieved with Galaxy MaxHz app, such as force setting some apps to 60Hz instead of 120Hz (eg TikTok, less motion-demanding games) as well as setting up PSM on screen off and "Quick-doze" mode which prevents unnecessary battery drain during sleep but doesn't impact notifications during the day.
Also, setting up Adblock to block ads on your apps with DNS or adblock app can be very beneficial to reduce both traffic and unnecessary performance (thus battery) wasted on loading/displaying these, and saves you time
